The July luncheon will be held at Castoro Cellars' beautifully appointed (and air conditioned) event center. The vines will be fully-leafed, so take the time to enjoy the lovely views before we eat.

The Food: Chef Jeffery Scott of Vineyard Events is excited to provide us a Mediterranean-inspired buffet lunch. Our menu will consist of Moroccan Chicken "Tagine" or Portobello Mushroom "Tagine", Pearl Couscous, Currrants, Nantis Carrots with Sherri-Shallot Glaze, Rocket Greens and Hush Harbor Rustic Bread with Olive Tapenade.

The Beverages: Castoro Cellars will be offering some of their most popular wines for our members to purchase by the glass or bottle.

The Program: Andrew J. Rice, M.D., Ph.D, is a board-certified neurologist. He earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his neurology residency training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California.

He cares for patients with all types of neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, epilepsy, migraines, and ischemic stroke.

He has served as an assistant professor at Loma Linda University and as an attending physician at Carson Tahoe Physicians' Clinic. His office is in Templeton.

Dr. Rice will speak on Alzheimer disease and dementia.

The Directions:
US 101 to CA-46 W towards Cambria. Turn left onto N. Bethel Road. The entrance to Castoro Cellars will be the first right at the top of the grade.

PLEASE NOTE: We are required to park ONLY at the Castoro Event Parking area. An NCNC member will be on site providing parking directions.

The Cost: $25.00 per person.
