Please be sure to include in the e-mail:
date for the luncheon for which you want to make a reservation
vegetarian option, if you desire
the names of all members attending
a contact phone number
the names of all guests including their current and past cities of residence.
NOTE: The club is required to pay for all reservations. If you do not attend the luncheon, you must still pay for the number of meals you reserved. Reservations and Cancellations are accepted no later than Tuesday at 8:00pm the week prior to the lunch.
